All booking information at a glance

In order to confirm your booking, we will debit your credit card with a deposit of 50% of the total booking price. Alternatively, the amount can be transferred to the following bank account within one week of your booking.

Our Cancellation Policy

up until 5 months before the date of arrival
free cancellation

between 5 months and 3 months before the date of arrival
50% of the total price

between 3 months and 1 month before the date of arrival
70% of the total price

between 1 month and 1 week before the date of arrival
90% of the total price

between the last week preceding the date of arrival
100% of the total price

when cancelling our discounted non- refundable rate
100% of the total price

Outside the specified cancellation period we
remain the right to charge an administrative
fee for group bookings of € 500,00 per suite.
The fee will be deducted from the 50% deposit
paid at time of booking. A booking of 3 suites
and more is considered a group booking.

Dogs are always welcome at our Hotel Tannenhof*****Superior and gourmet restaurant.

For your well-behaved furry friend we charge € 50.00 per night (without food), including a welcome package for your dog with treats, flashlight, bowls, dog bag, towel, dog bed and blanket in your suite for the duration of the stay.
